Katharine was very excited about her new baby carrying sling (the Hug-a-Bub), and we finally figured out how to work it today (after watching the accompanying DVD). We are not exactly the shirtless organic Australian farmers in the video, but mother and son were comfortable enough to finally go for our first walk.
A couple folks wondered what the house looks like from the outside and it was finally a picturesque moment on the street today while I had the camera out. Ours, 102, is the right side portion of the house. As you can see looking down the street, the 2 under 1 roof is pretty standard Dutch housing. If I did the rough conversion right, its about 1300 sq. feet in area. When we were looking to buy, some of the listings were actually in cubic meters, which takes a bit of practice to visualize...
